Peter Tasca, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tasca is the CEO of Laureate Trust, his responsibilities are to identify, execute and manage trading strategies on behalf of the portfolio.  Prior to his current role as CEO, Mr. Tasca spent nearly 20 years as Director and Chief Operating Officer of Trefide S.A., where he was responsible for the European and North American  markets.  He has recently received widespread recognition from the financial community for his insightful and proactive approach to trading.  The trading strategies he has replicated and implemented have been featured on CNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, Barron's and Financial Times.

 
Jacob Charts, Senior Managing Director

Mr. Charts is the Senior Managing Director of Global Operations for Laureate Trust.  He directs all client activities for the company and specialises in trader development.  Prior to his current role as Senior Managing Director, Mr. Charts was a Senior Analyst for the past 20 years for Fortune 500 companies, such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Fujitsu and Zurich Insurance.  He was responsible for the implementation, design and management of large scale databases for general accounting and advanced supply chain planning. 

 
He holds a BA from University of Puget Sound in Economics with a concentration in Oriental Studies.
He also received his Series 7 Securities license in 1984.
